The life of the people of Karnali is very hard. They to go to Nepalgunj to sell different productions and buy tend bring goods from there for their use. They cannot support their families by farming so they have to do extra works to feed their family. Some people of Karnali regions go to plains to look for jobs. They are ignorant and superstitious. They are helpful and always want to live harmony with nature.
