After 25 years of passage of time there are some changes in Karnali but there is no any substantial change in the life of the people in that region. Some development activities have taken place. Some schools, Health posts, colleges, clinics and governmental offices have been made. The development activities are very slow because it is one ot the remote area of our country. Because of this reason, Karnali is backward and still not developed well. The main obstacle for development activities is geographical structure.
